Interior and rates In the large kitchen you can prepare your meals yourself, the dining room can hold up to 18 persons and be arranged as one 14 seat table or 3 tables of six seats each. The living room upstairs has 3 large sofas and by adding chairs from the dining room there is plenty seating in the living room. A 50" TV with international channels and the best sport content is available. 5 sleeping rooms have king size beds so 10 adult plus kids can easily stay in the house. One of the sleeping rooms has a small living room that can hold 6 persons with separate TV and good content. There is a large pool, fishing in the lake and a kids playground. We can arrange contact with companies doing everything from minibus to weddings. Made is included one day a week. All sleeping rooms, the living room, the dining room and the TV room have air-condition. Absolutely all rooms and the terrace have electric fans. There is warm /cold water in all four bath rooms and the kitchen. Currently there are four sleeping sections that can be used for one large family, or if four families travel together and sharing the house.
The entire house (10 adults + 5 kids max) can be rented for 210 € pr. week full year through for up to 4 persons occupancy. For every additional adult person, an additional 50 € is added per week. Kids below 10 are free as long as they sleep in the parents beds. This rate is valid until changed. Minimum rental is 1 week. This price includes electricity, wifi, cleaning at check in, cleaning at check out, pool man and gardener.
